LBA Realty invests in high quality industrial properties in major markets throughout the western United States including Northern and Southern California, Denver, Seattle, Phoenix and Dallas. LBA’s ongoing industrial investment program focuses on core, core-plus and value-added industrial properties with a targeted minimum purchase price of $10 million. Since 1995, LBA has acquired more than $5 billion in real estate assets on behalf of multiple investment funds.
