Making a Difference

Through partnerships with organizations like Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) and Boys and Girls Club of America (BGCA), LBA focuses on giving back to the community with both volunteer time and financial contributions. Members of our team hold leadership board positions in many of the organizations. As an example, we raise funds and volunteer at each PCRF event during the year and spend time at local Boys and Girls Clubs in each of our regions, physically improving the facilities and hosting celebrations and events for the children. Additionally, many of our regions have supported food banks where they have volunteered their time to sort and package fresh produce and shelf stable items for local community members in need. We have a charitable match program and paid time off to allow team members to support the causes they value. Our employees at all levels of the company take pride in volunteering their time to support these organizations at the local and national level. We will continue to support our communities where we live and work as we look to maximize our philanthropic activities.
